Ok so this is barely a recipe, more a personal snack innovation, but it’s dope, so I wanted to share it. It doesn’t even have a name! I’ve included the portion size that I just ate, but again, it’s not science. Vary the ingredients as you see fit.
I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but when it kicks in, this guilt free sweet treat knocks it on the head.
Ingredients
- 2 heaped tbsp of natural yoghurt
- 5 strawberries
- Handful fresh mint leaves
- 8 raw almonds
Method
- Chuck the yoghurt in a bowl
- Roughly chop the mint, almonds and strawberries
- Stir them all into the yoghurt
- Nom nom nom
